The center is a space for stillness, self-discovery, insight meditation, and support for your inner journey.

Like a living version of a ‘mandala’ or ‘yantra’, that is a sacred visual representation, the Bodhicitta Centre is a place for understanding and ‘sadhana’. It is dedicated to everyday awareness and finding simple practices for our spiritual growth.
